Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Below is an outline of our return and refund policy, which aligns with and refers to Printful's Terms and Conditions. For more details, please refer to Printful’s Policy.

1. Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
Claims for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed as errors on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a problem report to initiate a resolution.

2. Return Process
The return address is set by default to Printful’s facility.
Once a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Please note: If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you will be responsible for managing and covering any returned shipments.

3. Address Issues and Unclaimed Shipments
Wrong Address: If the address provided is insufficient for delivery, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility after confirmation of an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments: Any unclaimed shipments returned to Printful’s facility will require reshipment costs at your expense.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Sealed Goods: Items such as face masks cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. These items will be disposed of if returned.
Custom or Personalized Products: Products made to order or personalized cannot be returned.
5. Customer-Initiated Returns
Returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are not eligible for refunds and must be handled at your own expense.
If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges, you’ll need to place a new order at your cost for a replacement product.
Customers residing in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receipt, subject to an evaluation process.
6. EU Consumers
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU:

Custom or personalized goods, and
Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (for health or hygiene reasons),
are not eligible for returns or refunds.

EU Return Policy for Merchandise Online Shops

1. Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging where applicable.
The cost of return shipping will be at the consumer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been shipped back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to EU law, the following items are not eligible for return:

Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, once the download has started with your prior consent.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
